The President has over 30 years of experience working with a variety of government entities (federal, Tribal, state, county, municipal) and the public sector (universities/colleges, hospitals/clinics, K-12 schools, Council of Government, Cooperative Educational Service Agencies). The team has over 125 years of combined experience.

The President has knowledge and experience with diverse organizational and decision-making structures and practices in the government, education, environmental, workforce, child welfare, agriculture/food systems, healthcare/public health, and philanthropic sectors. Our team’s experience creating and supporting transformative change across multiple governing systems and structures allows for strong and effective analysis and action.
The team is able to analyze and adapt to the needs of complex systems and stakeholders.

The President and team have extensive experience serving on governing boards and consulting with non-profits as well as serving as non-profit executives and staff.
The team specializes in supporting non-profits in strengthening community engagement and operationalizing values related to diversity, equity, inclusion, anti-oppression, and belonging.
The team has a strong organizational development track-record. with partners reporting improved morale, greater mission and values alignment, and more effective and impactful teams.
The team also has significant experience in program design, development, implementation, and evaluation.

The team has decades of experience working with for profit corporations with an emphasis in law firms, news organizations, agricultural producers, artists, and women-owned businesses.
Team supports improved community/customer engagement; implementation of values driven and relationship-based practices; and goals related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
In addition, the team has experience in developing business plans and supporting implementation of business strategies.
