Hands-on Help
Provide technical assistance, training, and coaching to strengthen diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and anti-oppression practices in internal operations and outwardly serving programs or events.
Quality Improvement
Teach and coach teams, departments, or organizations in participatory quality improvement strategies.
Build Team Capacity
- Provide staff and board training and coaching about healthy teams and healthy communication.
- Provide staff and board training and coaching about advocacy and systems change.
- Provide staff and board training and coaching about conflict management and power dynamics.
- Provide staff training about boundaries and ethics for managers/supervisors.
- Customized training or team meetings are available based upon agreed upon learning\meeting objectives.
Decision-making Support
Facilitate decision-making around program design/re-design and evaluation.
Mediation
Provide workplace mediation including conflict assessment, mediation session(s), documentation of agreements/next steps.
Circle-keeping
Provide circles to address and work through organizational ruptures in relationships with internal and external partners.
